Check-in

Passengers who purchase an air ticket must check in for each of the flights on the ticket. This means that the boarding card is provided for each flight as far in advance as the company’s commercial programme allows.

Flights Between Islands

All passengers must check in, whether or not they have luggage, 30 minutes before the flight departure and must have undergone the check-in procedures and hold a boarding card. The failure by passengers to comply with these acceptance times means the loss of the reserved or checked seats.

The boarding card can be obtained from our Web site through ONLINE CHECK-IN (not available for international flights, excluding Lisbon) or at the usual check-in counters.

Customers who so wish can obtain the boarding card for the return flight as long as it is on the same day as the outward flight. They may also obtain boarding cards for continuing flights if these take place on the same day and as long as they hold a connection ticket. They can also obtain boarding cards on the day before the flight departure in which case they must re-confirmed their intention to travel at the check-in counters up to 30 minutes before the scheduled flight departure.

International Flights

The deadline for checking-in with baggage is 60 minutes before the departure of the flight and 45 minutes if the passenger has no baggage to check-in. The failure by passengers to comply with these acceptance times means the loss of the reserved or checked seats.
